As a Recruitment and HR Administration Advisor, your role goes far beyond recruitment. You become a human partner and a reliable point of reference in the sector.

Concretely, you will:

• Accompany professionals with benevolence, from the first exchange to their start of position
• Understand the real needs of our partners, even those they have not yet formulated
• Find the right talents through intelligent and human sourcing
• Write authentic advertisements that speak to candidates
• Coordinate missions with rigor, respect and transparency
• Manage administration with precision
• Cultivate lasting relationships based on trust and proximity with our partners

Your profile: a blend of heart, instinct and structure

You have a:

• Experience in recruitment, administration, and/or in the medical sector is an asset
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Mastery of sourcing tools and HR platforms
• Ease with IT tools (Excel, Word)
• Excellent command of written and spoken French

Required skills:

• An ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a team
• A taste for challenge, a sense of responsibility and proven tenacity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and values in line with our company
• Proactive energy and a sense of initiative
• An ability to prioritize, even in emergencies
