As a true point of reference, you participate in the smooth running of HR activities while guaranteeing the reliability of information and compliance with procedures #### Activities: * Ensure the monitoring of engagements, transfers, and departures of employees. * Establish contracts, amendments, attestations, and work certificates. * Participate in the management of personnel files and their updating. * Ensure the administrative monitoring of social insurances and absences. * Respond to requests from employees and ensure the reception of the HR department. * Collaborate in the monitoring of interns in the department. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures and tools. #### Profile sought: * CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent. * HR manager certificate. * Proven experience in an HR administrative function. * Very good mastery of office tools (Microsoft Office). * Excellent organizational and priority management skills. * Sense of service, discretion, and respect for confidentiality. * Interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork. * Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
