Your tasks

• Ensure the daily technical management of the buildings.
• Guarantee the proper functioning of technical installations (HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, mechanics, safety and fire protection).
• Manage quotes, orders and maintenance budgets while ensuring cost optimization.
• Coordinate repair, renovation and improvement projects for the installations.
• Participate in the organization of emergency interventions (alarms, security, firefighters, police, subcontractors) as well as coverage for weekends, public holidays and holidays

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in technical building management or a similar function.
• Technical training (CFC or vocational training) is an asset.
• Deep basic technical knowledge in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity)
• Strong focus on the customer and service
• Very good knowledge of French and good working knowledge of MS-Office
