The CMS Les Peupliers Pool team ensures 7j/7j at the 7 CMS of the Fondation soins Lausanne replacements during the day, evening and night in order to guarantee the continuity of care for our clients.

Being part of CMS Les Peupliers means having the freedom to be able to work according to your availability, without a minimum activity rate or as a side activity.

In order to complete the CMS Les Peupliers Pool team, La Fondation Soins Lausanne is looking for immediately or to be agreed upon several:

Health Assistants (M/F)

Activity rate variable between 20% and 100%

Fixed indefinite term contract - hourly wage

Your mission

• Provide medico-technical, medico-delegated care according to your field of competence
• Responsibly accompany dependent clients and supplement the incapacities of dependent persons
• Contribute to the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease through an interdisciplinary approach
• Stimulate and support clients and their relatives towards maximum autonomy according to their abilities
• Contribute to the smooth running of the team and ensure the administrative tasks inherent to the position
• Intervene in unforeseen situations at the request of the CTMG (telephone center of the duty doctors)
• Ensure the proper transmission of information between all interveners through the client file

Your profile and your skills

• As a Health Assistant: CRS 120 hour health assistant certificate or certification deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS) - mandatory
• Experience in the medico-social field and a strong interest in community health
• Ability to organize oneself autonomously while knowing how to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinarity
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
• Good ease with IT tools and mobile telephony
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
