Facility Services Manager 80-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Organize and distribute activities between internal teams and external service providers
• Manage calls for tender, negotiate, conclude, and ensure the follow-up of service contracts
• Control and validate invoices in compliance with procedures and participate in budget preparation
• Coordinate Facility Management services and ensure the proper functioning of infrastructures
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to the operation, maintenance, and development of infrastructures
• Ensure regular reporting, facilitate the flow of information, and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Supervise the quality of services, monitor performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement actions

Profile

• Higher education degree in Facility Management or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a similar function in Facility Management, technical building management, or real estate
• Experience in team coordination and service provider management
• Good knowledge of building techniques and facility operations
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German
• Driver's license indispensable
