• Welcome, advise and support professional and private customers, at the counter as well as by telephone
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare offers, enter and follow up on orders
• Ensure customer follow-up and build customer loyalty
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, technical service, administration)

Profile sought

We are looking for a person capable of working in a team, resistant to stress and responsible, ideally with a CFC training as an electrical installer or CFC training as an electrical installer and a few years of professional experience. You like working autonomously and appreciate contact with customers. You have a sense of reflection and possess solid knowledge of MS Office. Your French, both spoken and written, is impeccable, and your communication skills complete your profile.
