We are looking for our Building Services Branch in Grand-Lancy (GE) or Lausanne (VD) for an HVAC Project Manager 80-100% (f/m/d).

Your tasks

• Ensure the study, design, dimensioning, implementation, and monitoring of projects in the field of HVAC Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning installations
• Guarantee the calculations and hydraulic dimensioning of the installations
• Prepare estimates, the preliminary design description, as well as comparative variants
• Create plans and schematic diagrams at all stages of a project
• Participate in and control the spatial coordination of MEP installations
• Guarantee the preparation of preliminary measurements and tenders
• Supervise construction sites and ensure the cost management of companies
• Guarantee the sound financial management of mandates

Your profile

• HES/ES Engineer in Building Services (HVAC), or a title deemed equivalent
• 10 years of professional experience in the field including, at minimum, one experience in a design office in Switzerland and experience in multidisciplinary project management
• Significant experience in the industrial field (STP, Factory, clean rooms, watchmaking)
• Increased knowledge of Swiss technical standards, prescriptions, and directives
• Knowledge of HVAC techniques in the industrial environment necessary, notions in other MEP building techniques, BMS, building physics, and AEAI fire protection would be an asset
• Good mastery of CAD software as well as usual tools (Office Suite)
• Ability to prepare tenders using Plancal Snap software is an asset
• Ease in working in a team and a network
