Quality Project Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. In this perspective, we will shortly be looking for Quality Project Manager (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Lead preventive quality within project groups dedicated to new products and processes
• Implement industrial qualification processes
• Collaborate with component suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing process suppliers
• Participate in the qualification of new products and processes
• Lead product and process risk analyses
• Manage specific or cross-functional quality projects
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality practices and processes

Profile ##

• Technical and/or quality training at Bachelor HES level or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
• Mastery of quality tools, particularly statistical analysis and risk analyses
• Knowledge in project management
• Lean / Six Sigma training, an asset
• Leadership, communication skills, autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills, complemented by an ability to simplify technical subjects
• Availability to undergo initial training in Genève before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg
