Specialized Clinical Nurse at 80%

The main missions of this position are ###

• Guide members of the care team in the mastery of care
• Support changes within the team through a participatory approach
• Identify the different problems influencing the quality of care and propose solutions taking into account the HRC care objectives
• Participate in the supervision of new employees
• Work on mandates from the ICUS and the ICS
• Create documentation, procedures, and processes for the department
• Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

We require ###

• A bachelor's degree in nursing or a title deemed equivalent
• A master's in nursing science
• Confirmed experience in a surgery department (minimum 5 years)
• Experience in an outpatient unit would be an asset
• An ability for analysis, synthesis, a sense of priorities, and an initiative-taking spirit
• Very good mastery of IT
• A pronounced interest in project management
• A person capable of positioning themselves towards the existing teams
