The position is attached to the [Direction de l'immobilier](< >)(DI) whose mission is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the coherence of the monitoring of major projects according to the hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the proper functioning of services. The infrastructure operational continuity service is a service provider whose main mission is, thanks to the presence on each site of employees from different trades, to ensure the maintenance of the hospital heritage composed of medical and logistical equipment, buildings, and their installations. Hydraulic heating specialist engineer - 100% As a hydraulic heating specialist engineer, you will strengthen the HVAC sector. The team, composed of 5 technicians and one group leader, is specialized in the different technical fields of the building: Production and distribution of superheated water, steam, domestic hot water, heating, and chilled water. You will thus evolve in an environment that is both demanding and innovative. In this role, you will carry out preliminary design studies by analyzing feasibility, identifying needs, estimating costs, and defining the schedule. You will write detailed specifications and propose technical solutions that allow for informed decision-making. You will ensure rigorous project framing, thereby guaranteeing precise validation of objectives and controlled progress. You will also prepare the necessary tenders for the launch of public calls for tender. In partnership with the employees of your sector and other sectors of the owner pole, you will evaluate technical solutions by selecting the most suitable equipment and developing detailed projects. You will ensure active supervision by ensuring compliance with current laws, standards, and regulations at each stage. You will be a source of proposals for optimizations and improvements concerning your techniques. You will hold an expert-advisor role in your field, participating in the analysis, validation, and monitoring of the technical operation of installations and projects mainly according to SIA phases 1, 2, and 6. You will participate in the continuous improvement of the sector and the service by taking part in the development of directives, procedures, and other standard documents allowing for homogeneity of the proposed services. You will perform technological and regulatory monitoring in order to anticipate the necessary evolutions of the installations in connection with medical requirements and safety standards. You will represent, within the framework of major institutional projects, your sector as well as the techniques for which you are responsible. In various meetings, you will exchange with your colleagues and give feedback to your hierarchy with the aim of optimizing the management of your projects. Qualifications You hold an engineering degree at Bachelor level or equivalent in the field of thermal engineering. You have solid experience (minimum 5 years) in the management of complex technical installations, ideally in critical environments (hospital, industry, public infrastructure). You possess excellent mastery of standards and regulations, as well as technical expertise related to the installations in your field. Comfortable in demanding environments, you know how to make decisions, prioritize, and manage emergency situations with composure. You master CMMS tools and usual office tools. Experience in industrial distribution networks (superheated water, steam, cold, etc...) is an asset. Good command of French is indispensable.
