Night Community Health and Nursing Assistant

(H/F)

Your mission

• Provide delegated medico-technical care and basic care in close collaboration with the nurse for high-quality client care
• Actively contribute to clients' staying at home through prevention and health promotion measures while taking individual needs into account with personalized care and by promoting client autonomy
• Participate in the development of clients' therapeutic projects within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
• Participate in development projects and working groups focused on the continuous improvement of services in the field of home help and care
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role, allowing you to promote your profession as an ASSC as a full stakeholder in the healthcare system

Your profile and skills

• CFC as ASSC or a title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Experience in the medico-social field and a strong interest in community health
• Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinarity
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
