Eben-Hézer Lausanne has been welcoming and supporting people with intellectual disabilities for 125 years. It promotes a positive outlook on people with disabilities and places its skills at the service of their participation and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer Foundation, a private law, non-profit organization recognized for public interest.

To replace the retirement of one of our managers, the management of the Socio-professional and Day Care Department is looking for a Sector Manager (M/F) at a 100% activity rate.

Mission ###

As an intermediate manager, you will ensure the coordination of work within our day center, which welcomes people with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders (ASD and/or in complex situations), as well as workshops with a socializing vocation. You are the guarantor of the beneficiaries' well-being, notably by ensuring the implementation of individual projects. You manage human resources within the framework of institutional policies.

Responsibilities ###

• Guarantee optimal reception of beneficiaries by considering their needs and ensure educational and socio-professional support.
• Ensure individual and collective follow-ups as well as relations with families and various internal and external networks.
• Guarantee a participatory way of functioning within the educational and socio-professional team.
• Organize and lead the team's human resources while ensuring smooth operation, fairness, and promoting a harmonious working climate.
• Guarantee compliance with the various administrative procedures related to the management of different beneficiary projects, as well as HR management.

Desired Profile ###

• Tertiary level diploma (HES or ES) in the socio-educational or MSP field, completed by successful experience in team leadership and project management.
• Mastery of best practices regarding the support of people in complex situations with ASD.
• Good knowledge of the PPH and its applications.
• Continuing education, notably in communication, supervision, conflict management.
• Postgraduate studies in management is an asset.
• Interest in the development of innovative projects and ability to bring a constructive perspective.
