FIDBOX is entering a new phase of growth and structuring today. We are looking for a motivated person to take charge of a portfolio of mandates and grow with the firm.

The position ###

You will progressively manage a portfolio of SME and entrepreneur mandates, acting as the main contact person for your clients.

Concretely, you will:

• manage your mandates: accounting, VAT, closings, PM and PP taxation, payroll ;
• organize, delegate, and review the team's work ;
• build a lasting relationship of trust with your clients ;
• develop advisory services: reporting, budget, tax planning ;
• contribute to our processes, our tools, and our internal documentation ;
• drive automation and AI.

Your profile ###

• Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary agent, or equivalent training ;
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Swiss fiduciary ;
• Good knowledge of Swiss taxation (PM, PP, VAT) ;
• Fluent English is an asset ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for client contact ;
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, with a clear taste for well-done processes ;
• A real appetite for digital tools. Curiosity is essential ;
• The desire to invest oneself, to take initiative, and to progress quickly.
