Multi-purpose concierge at 70%

Service :

Concierge pool - collège, halle polyvalente and Temple des Brenets

Activities:

Cleaning the premises.
Assuming the interior and exterior maintenance of the buildings.
Maintaining the equipment provided and repairing furniture.
Managing the heating and ventilation of the buildings.

Desired profile:

CFC as an operations agent or CFC in the building sector and/or experience of a few years in concierge work and in building maintenance work.
Category B driving license.
Ability and interest in working autonomously.
Being ready to assume presence on site certain weekends during events.
Flexibility and capacity for adaptation in case of replacements on other sites.
Good physical resistance.
To have a clean criminal record.
