People & Culture Manager (80-100%)

To strengthen our organization, we are looking for a People & Culture Manager. This management position places you at the heart of the human element at tipee: you ensure that everyone is supported and accompanied on a daily basis, you bring to life the equity and consistency of our HR practices, and you actively contribute to our company culture and our employer brand.

This position combines two roles: primarily, that of People & Culture Manager, and secondarily, that of facilitator within our circles.

Your daily role

You are part of the management and you work in close connection with all the circles and coordinators.

• You listen to the needs of colleagues and coordinators, and you are the reference person for any subject touching on the human element within tipee.
• You accompany circles in their recruitments: you do not recruit in their place, you provide them with the tools so that they know how to do it themselves, and you support them to optimize every process.
• You design and bring to life a formalized onboarding and offboarding, so that every new arrival is well welcomed and every departure is well accompanied, regardless of the circle.
• You accompany the professional evolution of employees: annual interviews in pairs when necessary, discussions with the people concerned, and continuous reflection on career paths and internal mobility.
• In collaboration with the managers, you manage difficult situations (resolution of tensions, reprimanding, conflict, etc.), with the discretion and listening that these moments require.
• You participate in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEIB) within tipee, and you ensure that our practices are inclusive at every stage of the employee journey.
• You clarify and bring our best practices to life: writing guides, conventions and charters in duo with the management, and contributing to reflections on our company culture during management meetings.
• You carry the role of facilitator: animation of rituals and stimulation of collective intelligence within our circles.
• You participate in the organization and animation of our annual retreats in the countryside.
• You ensure that our circles and roles follow the evolution of our teams.
• You represent tipee externally, at conferences or HR trade fairs, and thus share our vision of the human element at work.
• You promote the sharing of knowledge internally and the continuous improvement of our practices, notably via the monitoring of our eNPS questionnaire.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a highly human-oriented role: "People & Culture, coaching, facilitation, Scrum Master, or similar function.
• A coach posture: you prefer to equip and empower teams rather than doing it for them.
• A real capacity for listening, empathy and discretion, especially in sensitive situations.
• A spirit of initiative and the desire to evolve our practices.
• Ease with product culture, agility and facilitation (animation of rituals, collective intelligence, tension management).
• A taste for representing a company externally and creating partnerships.
• A good understanding of working in circles and roles, or the desire to invest yourself fully in them.
• Good HR knowledge is a plus, but is not a condition.

You do not need to have a classic HR background to succeed in this role: this is not a personnel administration position. What matters above all is your ability to accompany people, to facilitate, to create trust and to be a support.
