For the Human Resources Department, we are recruiting a

Training Officer at 80% (ref: 2015)

Fixed-term contract - maternity leave replacement

Start date: beginning of December 2026 - End of mission: end of August 2027

Reporting to the HR Development and Expertise pole, you are the driving force behind the institution's skills development policy. You deploy and monitor the training plan, closely aligned with field needs, and contribute to growing the skills of more than 1-200 employees, in a demanding, regulated, and deeply human environment.

An ideal position for a person who loves to balance organization with proximity to teams, and who wishes to fully invest themselves in a complete and autonomous 9-month mission.

Your mission

In this capacity, you will notably be required to:

• Deploy the annual training plan;
• Collect and analyze training needs with managers and employees, and identify skills to develop in connection with strategic objectives;
• Design, organize, and implement adapted training methods (in-person, digital, blended);
• Organize and actively participate in orientation days;
• Administer the LMS and participate in the design of internal modules;
• Coordinate and monitor external providers (if necessary) and schedule sessions in connection with the relevant teams;
• Manage the entire administrative process of training (registrations, summons, attendance sheets, attestations, and certificates);
• Monitor the training budget, by optimizing costs (validation of invoices, tracking files, monitoring of expense reports) and monitoring training levies;
• Measure the effectiveness of training via indicators (participation, satisfaction, skill development) and propose corrective or optimization actions;
• Ensure communication around training methods;
• Answer employee questions regarding training-related issues;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (managers, HRBP, schools, training organizations);

Your profile

We are looking for a person with 5 to 10 years of experience in training management, ideally in a company, complemented by:

• Higher education (federal diploma, Bachelor or Master) in human resources, training management, or an equivalent field;
• A good mastery of training methods and regulations regarding professional training;
• Proficiency with training management tools (LMS, HR software, mastery of excel);
• Strong budgetary management skills;
• Rigor, a true sense of organization;
• An excellent sense of interpersonal relations, listening, and communication;
• A synthesis spirit and the ability to report in a clear manner;
• Autonomy, a sense of initiative, and a solution orientation, indispensable in the context of a replacement;
• An excellent mastery of French;
• Experience in the healthcare field or in a highly regulated environment is a plus.
