Planner

WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Develop the medium-term Master Production Schedule (MPS) and build short-term production schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization
• Adjust schedules according to operational contingencies and company priorities while guaranteeing compliance with customer deadlines
• Coordinate and validate production plans with the production, maintenance, procurement, logistics, quality, and industrial projects teams
• Monitor production progress, analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Manage stock levels and perform necessary projections to anticipate risks of shortages, overstock, or obsolescence
• Guarantee the update of planning data in the ERP, transform needs into manufacturing orders, and ensure the consistency of master data
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes through the analysis of performance indicators and participation in cross-functional projects

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• Training as a CFC commercial employee, ES technician, federal diploma in logistics/production or equivalent experience in industrial planning
• Proven experience in a planning or scheduling function, ideally in the agri-food industry
• Good knowledge of ERP tools (Infor M3 an asset) and mastery of standard office tools
• Good command of French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of agri-food production constraints, notably the management of BBD, USE, and Best Before dates
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills, with a strong sense of coordination, rigor, and continuous improvement
