Customer Facing Maintenance Technician (m/f)

Your missions and responsibilities

• Ensure the management of a client portfolio in the operation, upkeep, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC installations
• Contribute to the improvement of operation, performance and service quality
• Be an autonomous and responsible mobile worker in varied environments: residential, commercial and industrial
• Analyze situations, propose relevant solutions and intervene with efficiency while respecting safety and quality rules
• Keep your schedule up to date and write quotes
• Manage your client portfolio

Your profile

• CFC or training deemed equivalent
• Holder of a driving license
• Autonomous, rigorous and organized
• Versatile at a technical level and you have an increased capacity for adaptation
• Comfortable in client relations and you have a sense of service
