Technical Application Consultant (f/m)
West Region
Your tasks

• Perform the tasks planned and organized by the sales office.
• Advise contractors, masons, construction services, engineers, general contractors as well as cantonal and municipal administrations.
• Analyze customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions at the product and system level.
• Provide technical support and develop solutions on construction sites.
• Participate in training, technical presentations and professional events.
• Keep informed about product innovations, systems and market developments.
• Collaborate closely with internal services (sales office and silo maintenance) to ensure optimal customer support.
• Establish visit reports and ensure the administrative follow-up of the activity.
• Handle complaints and propose suitable solutions.

Your profile

• CFC as a mason, road builder or equivalent training in the construction field.
• Several years of practical experience in construction.
• Good knowledge of the construction market in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Experience in technical consulting, an asset.
• Strong interest in concrete and civil engineering products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.
• Autonomous, committed and results-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and to manage priorities and stress
• Mastery of French, German an advantage.
• Age ideally between 35 and 45 years
• Ideally residing in the canton of Jura/Neuchâtel/Nord Vaudois
