In order to strengthen our dynamic "Social Media Services" team, we are looking for, for an immediate start or as agreed, a motivated personality eager to learn for the above-mentioned position, at our sites in Ostermundigen/BE or Vernier/GE.

What you can accomplish ##

• Management and development of our communities on social networks, including the handling of comments (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
• Monitoring of trends as well as analysis of community activities, including reporting
• Carrying out SEO / GEO / AEO analyses: identification of relevant keywords and themes and development of recommendations for action
• Support for the team in content creation and social media management (e.g. captions, video ideas)
• Ideally availability to participate, as needed, in social media videos as an extra and/or moderator in front of the camera - depending on qualifications and motivation

What will facilitate your integration ##

• Completed training in a field relevant to the position (ideally Bachelor or Master)
• Active experience in community moderation with professional management of feedback and criticism
• Experience in social media management, with assured mastery of the corresponding tools
• Knowledge or strong interest in Social SEO, GEO and AEO
• Very good language skills and excellent writing ability for different target groups - with or without AI support
• Autonomous and structured way of working, with a strong sense of initiative
• Very good knowledge of German and French (one language at C2 level, the other at a very good level)
