Introduction ###

ACG Partner SA is looking for a Risk Consultant - Team Leader - Property and Business Liability Insurance to strengthen its team.

In this responsible position, you will support a corporate clientele in the identification, analysis, and coverage of their risks related to property and liability insurance. You will also supervise a team and actively contribute to the development of our consulting services.

Responsibilities ###

• Lead, support, and develop a team of consultants specialized in Property and Business Liability insurance.
• Analyze the risks of corporate clients and propose insurance solutions adapted to their needs.
• Advise clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of their insurance programs.
• Evaluate existing coverages, identify gaps, and formulate concrete recommendations.
• Prepare and conduct tenders, negotiations, and renewals with insurers.
• Manage relations with clients, insurance companies, and other partners.
• Supervise the quality of deliverables, analyses, and the administrative follow-up of the team.
• Participate in business development and the loyalty of the corporate clientele.
• Monitor the evolution of the Swiss insurance market, regulation, and risk management practices.

Qualifications ###

• Higher education in insurance, risk management, economics, law, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in corporate insurance consulting, ideally in property and liability insurance.
• Proven experience in team leadership or complex project management.
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss insurance market and the needs of businesses.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a sharp sense of customer service.
• Autonomy, initiative, leadership, and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in French; good knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
• Good command of standard IT tools.
