Maintenance Storekeeper (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Storekeeper (M/F/D) to join the technical store team at our Monthey site.

In this role, you will ensure the availability of spare parts and reserve equipment necessary for the site's maintenance activities. You will manage the entire lifecycle of technical items: from their creation and procurement to their storage, availability, and, if necessary, their removal.

This position combines field activities, stock management, use of SAP, coordination with suppliers, and administrative tasks. This is not a classic logistics position, but an essential function for the smooth running of industrial maintenance and production continuity.

Your responsibilities

• Manage stocks of spare parts, reserve equipment, and technical materials.
• Prepare, distribute, and ship technical material to site teams according to operational priorities.
• Receive orders, control stock movements, and ensure entries and exits in SAP.
• Create and maintain article data, equipment, and procurement data in SAP.
• Analyze stocks, consumption, and part criticality in order to adapt replenishment levels.
• Perform inventories and contribute to the rational, safe, and efficient organization of storage areas.
• Manage procurement: requests for quotations, supplier orders, order tracking, and purchase of technical material according to current rules.
• Coordinate reviews, repairs, and restock of equipment.
• Contribute to store optimization actions: standardization, management of end-of-life equipment, and continuous improvement.
• Provide support to internal users, notably the maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
• Apply HSEQ requirements, report deviations, and participate in the improvement of safety and quality practices.

Experience

• Several years of experience in stock management, spare parts, or technical equipment, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Experience in procurement, administrative follow-up, and order management.
• Good understanding of equipment and industrial maintenance vocabulary.
• Experience in material handling; forklift license, an asset.
• Ability to analyze needs, manage multiple priorities, and propose improvements.

Training and skills

• CFC in logistics, mechanics, automation, industrial electrician, or equivalent training.
• Solid technical knowledge in the field of industrial maintenance.
• Mastery of standard IT tools; knowledge of SAP MM and PM or a CMMS, an important asset.
• Rigor, sense of organization, and reliability in activity follow-up.
• Technical curiosity, ability to learn, and aptitude to seek information from different interlocutors.
• Flexibility, patience, and ability to adapt in an environment where priorities can evolve.
• Good interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and team spirit.
• Very good command of French; English is an asset
• Position based at the Monthey site.
• Activity performed during the day, within a team of three people.
