CVSER Project Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our "CVSER Works Management" pole in Fribourg, and particularly for a project in Bulle:

CVSER Project Manager (M/F)

Your profile:

• Engineering training in the building sector or Building Technology training, if possible completed by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or training deemed equivalent),
• At least 8 years of experience in the construction field, including at least 5 years in the execution monitoring of CVSER lots, if possible in a general/total contractor or in works management,
• At least one significant experience in a large project with a similar role, and a team management function,
• Interest in complex and/or large-scale CVSER projects (Industrial, etc.),
• Mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project),
• Great organizational, planning and anticipation capacity,
• Sense of communication, spirit of collaboration and mutual aid,
• Ability to adapt, flexible, autonomous and solution-oriented,
• Holder of a driving license and mobile (presence on site),
• BIM knowledge is an asset.

Your function:

• Guarantor of quality, costs, deadlines and safety,
• Team manager role: management and support of a team of CVSER works managers through the different project phases (execution preparation, execution monitoring, commissioning, receptions by the MO, reception by authorities, etc.),
• Proactive and implementation of operating processes on a large project (reporting, evolution of the organization according to project needs, etc.),
• Management of the relationship with the architectural works management, and the representatives, as well as the MO,
• Periodic reporting to management (Financial, planning, quality, etc.).
