What makes the mission particularly interesting and stimulating:

• Local HR Partner, you are the point of reference for HR questions for a population of approximately 80 employees distributed across several services between Berne and Montreux
• You accompany, advise and support team leaders in their HR reflections and actions in order to meet the needs of the organization and promote the development of teams
• You successfully carry out the different recruitment processes within your scope, from the identification of the need to the integration of new employees
• In close collaboration with your HR colleagues, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, with a focus on quality and customer orientation
• You actively participate in HR team projects in order to continue to evolve our function and the HR strategy within HOTELA.

What you bring to HOTELA:

• Benefiting from several years of experience in a similar position, you hold the federal diploma of HR specialist or an equivalent training.
• You perfectly master French and German or Swiss German, allowing you to move easily in a bilingual environment
• Equipped with a strong collaborative spirit, you are known for the quality of your communication and your listening skills, contributing to creating relationships of trust and a positive work dynamic
• A trustworthy, autonomous and organized person, you distinguish yourself by your ability to manage priorities, your pragmatism and your sense of responsibility.
