Sales Manager (M/F)

We are recruiting on behalf of a Geneva-based company specializing in security solutions and the protection of property and persons, a Sales Manager to manage and develop its commercial activity in the canton of Geneva and its region.

Develop and retain a portfolio of professional clients in French-speaking Switzerland by proposing security solutions adapted to the needs of companies. You will intervene in a consulting approach and support your clients from the identification of the need to the implementation of the project.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and develop turnover
• Identify needs and conduct sales appointments
• Advise clients on suitable security solutions
• Prepare and present commercial offers
• Negotiate and close deals
• Develop relationships with existing clients
• Ensure project follow-up in collaboration with technical teams
• Perform active market and competitor monitoring
• Marketed solutions: Intrusion alarms
• Video surveillance
• Access control
• Construction site protection and surveillance
• Securing professional buildings
• Maintenance contracts and associated services

Profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development
• Ease in selling technical solutions
• Sense of prospecting and business development
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation
• Knowledge of the French-speaking economic fabric appreciated
