In order to meet the needs of one of our clients located in the Canton of Geneva, within the framework of occasional and long-term missions, we are looking for a:

Nurse in multi-handicap care (h/f)

Your mission:

• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of various care protocols across the different services (children, adolescents, and adults)
• Ensure the proper transmission and sharing between the medical team, the educational and care teams of the information necessary for the continuity of health support for the persons welcomed,
• In collaboration with the medical team, ensure the management of relations with families for all questions and information relating to the care pathway of the persons welcomed,
• Participate in the development of personalized support and care projects

Required skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional posture, demonstrating irreproachable professional ethics.
• Spirit of mutual aid and proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility and organizational skills to adapt to the changing needs of the establishment and the residents.
• Efficiency in the execution of tasks and altruism in the provision of care, always placing the well-being of the residents at the center of your actions.

Your profile:

• You possess a HES nursing diploma or have the mandatory recognition of your foreign diploma by the Swiss Red Cross
• You are available immediately or quickly
• You have successful experience in the field of multi-handicap care
