Job Description ##

The main missions of this accountant will be as follows:

• Ensure the maintenance of general and analytical accounting
• Assign supplier invoices to employees
• Ensure the archiving and document management of accounting documents
• Manage the budget monitoring of certain departments
• Prepare payments
• Establish, issue and ensure the follow-up of accounts receivable invoices and credit notes
• Ensure the monitoring and control of expenses made by credit card

The Successful Applicant ##

The accountant we are looking for will bring the following skills:

• You have a CFC in accounting or training deemed equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting department
• You have a perfect command of office tools (especially Excel) as well as the WinEUR software
• You also have good knowledge of the Swiss legal framework and master French both orally and in writing
• Curiosity, organization, autonomy, analytical spirit and the ability to work in a team are the characteristics we are looking for
