HR Manager - 6 month fixed-term contract

Job description
--------------------

• You ensure the management of the administrative lifecycle of employees, from their entry to their exit (AVS/LPP requests, preparation of employment contracts / certificates, management of changes, maintenance of personnel files)
• You are in charge of the management of social insurances (sickness/accident declarations, time management, processing of absences)
• You provide support to the payroll department
• You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions and internal human resources directives

Profile sought
-----------------

• Holder of a human resources assistant certificate
• Benefiting from at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an SME-type structure
• Appetite for the field of personal services
• Available quickly for a 6 month mission
