For one of our partners, a recognized industrial company in the agri-food sector based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for:

Boiler Room Manager (M/F)

Your responsibilities: ###

• Manage the daily operation of the site's energy production and distribution facilities
• Guarantee the service continuity of technical equipment and anticipate risks of shutdown
• Ensure the monitoring of facility performance and identify areas for improvement regarding reliability, energy efficiency, and operating costs
• Organize preventive and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams and specialized companies
• Supervise interventions carried out by external service providers and ensure their proper execution
• Manage regulatory inspections and ensure equipment compliance with current legal requirements
• Participate in projects related to the modernization and evolution of technical infrastructures
• Actively contribute to the site's safety, quality, and environment approach

Your profile: ###

• Higher technical training in the fields of industrial maintenance, energy, electrotechnics, automation, or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in the operation or maintenance of industrial technical installations
• Good knowledge of thermal equipment, utility networks, or energy infrastructures
• Very good mastery of SAP (ideally the PM module) as well as Microsoft Office suite tools
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and collaborative spirit
• Ease in coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Pragmatic approach, field-oriented, and continuous improvement
• Good organizational skills as well as an excellent sense of priorities
• Fluent French indispensable, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is appreciated
