To complete our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an IT system specialist for our EBP and Innosolvenergy customer portal solutions at 80% (m/f).

Tasks
-------

• First and second level support for innosolvenergy and the EBP customer portal in French
• Active and competent support of our clients
• Specialization in the CRM, metering, and billing solution innosolvenergy
• Planning and implementation of client projects
• Technical and business analysis, definition of specifications, and implementation of client requirements
• Parameterization and configuration of our software solutions
• Advice and training of our clientele
• Assistance to the sales team for technical questions
• Active participation in product management for the development of our solutions

Requirements
---------

• Completed continuing education in computer science, business informatics, or electrical engineering at a university of applied sciences or a higher technical school.
• Very good command of French, both oral and written (C1 level) as well as a good command of German (B2 level)
• Solid technical and IT knowledge
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Autonomous, structured working method capable of resisting pressure
• Passion for technical challenges
• Service spirit and client orientation
• Excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
