Road Planning Specialist - 100%

Your responsibilities

As a specialist in road operations planning, you ensure the planning and allocation of driving staff in order to guarantee the coverage of operational needs, taking into account the transport offer, schedules, legal provisions and applicable collective agreements. You are also responsible for the coordination of road construction sites in collaboration with public services and various partners, in order to guarantee the circulation of our vehicles and the continuity of our services. Listening to the needs of our customers, you develop adapted transport offers and actively contribute to the improvement of our services. You also participate in various working groups and projects related to operations. Thanks to your global vision of road operations, you anticipate difficulties, identify risks and propose pragmatic solutions to ensure an efficient and reliable organization.

Your skills

• You have excellent knowledge of the legal provisions relating to working and rest time in public transport (LDT/OLDT);
• You benefit from confirmed experience in personnel planning and road public transport operations ;
• You hold a category D driving license, an asset.
• You are comfortable in interpersonal relations and have excellent communication skills.
• You know how to negotiate with tact and diplomacy and are comfortable in exchanges with various interlocutors.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and a good sense of organization. You are able to plan, coordinate and communicate complex operational measures, while maintaining a global vision and seeking concrete solutions.
