La Fondation Echaud is a socio-educational establishment that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or presenting medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often in the presence of various additional disorders and impairments. Nurse at 70% ES or HES ##

The Position: ###

• Management and assessment of the beneficiaries' health problems.
• Support of the educational teams in the support of the beneficiaries.
• Administration of care upon medical prescription.
• Monitoring of treatments.
• Management of the pharmacy.
• Maintenance and updating of the beneficiaries' medical files.
• Training of the educational teams in delegated medico-technical care.
• Answering various questions related to health.
• Health promotion and prevention measures.
• Participation in multidisciplinary networks.
• Collaboration with families and legal representatives.
• Coordination between educational teams, families, and doctors.
• Weekends and evenings according to a rotation schedule.

The Profile: ###

• ES or HES nursing diploma or a title recognized by the Croix Rouge Suisse.
• Driver's license indispensable.
• Interest in multiple disabilities.
• Reliability, organization, dynamism, autonomy, and adaptability.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Good management of stress and unforeseen events.
• Ease in communication.
• Interest in integrating and becoming involved in a socio-educational context.
• Interventions on several sites (Mont-sur-Lausanne, Cugy, and Yverdon-les-Bains).
• Good IT knowledge and good administrative management.
