Local Operation Team Leader ====================================== Workplace: Usine de Nant de Drance, Le Châtelard-Village, commune de Finhaut (VS) Your mission: --------------- As a local operation team leader, you supervise and support the availability, reliability, and safety of the equipment of the Nant de Drance power plant. Your responsibilities: ---------------------- * Carry out maintenance work as well as work related to the rehabilitation and renewal of the installations * Support and substitute the local operation manager in the organization, planning, and direction of maintenance and rehabilitation work * Direct work and personnel on assigned construction sites * Establish orders for material and tools * Guarantee the follow-up of technical documentation of the installations in the field of activity * Actively participate in the safety of people, property, and the environment and ensure the application and compliance with safety directives and measures * Ensure an on-call service (average of 6 weeks / year) Your skills: ------------------ * CFC in a mechanical or electrical field or a trade deemed equivalent * Federal diploma of maintenance agent or willingness to obtain it * 3 to 5 years of experience in a hydroelectric facility, in industrial production, or in the high voltage field, an asset * Experience in team management * Autonomy and sense of responsibility * Resistance to stress, flexibility, and ability to work in a team * French native language with good knowledge of English and/or German, an asset We offer attractive working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by corporate values.
