Your mission

For our client, a bank well-established in the Neuchâtel region, is looking for a Senior Customer Advisor to strengthen its team and accompany the development of its clientele. - Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients - Advise your clients in a personalized manner in the areas of wealth management and/or credit. - Identify needs, propose suitable solutions and ensure quality follow-up. - Actively participate in the commercial development of the agency. - Depending on your profile, provide your managerial skills by accompanying and supporting the team.

Your profile

• Proven experience in banking advisory in Switzerland. - Solid knowledge in wealth management and/or credit. - Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of customer service and spirit of initiative. - Versatility and ability to manage several files in parallel. - Managerial skills constitute an asset.
