Job description ##

You will evolve in an environment where service is tailor-made, with particular attention paid to details, comfort and the individual expectations of clients. Your role will be to ensure elegant and personalized service, in absolute respect for the discretion and confidentiality inherent to this establishment. You will participate in the setup, service and follow-up of services, while ensuring the maintenance of 5-star service standards.

Profile sought ##

We are looking for a professional, elegant personality naturally oriented towards service, ideally possessing confirmed experience in 4/5 hotel establishments. You perfectly master French and have a very good level of English, both spoken and written. Sense of detail, excellent presentation, discretion and the ability to anticipate expectations are indispensable to succeed in this environment. You appreciate personalized service and know how to adapt to each client with tact and kindness. Autonomous and reliable, you are also comfortable in a demanding environment where the quality of every interaction counts.
