We are looking for one of our recognized clients in the canton of Genève for an

Experienced scaffolding team leader.

Job description ###

Your mission

Supervise and coordinate a team of scaffolding assemblers.
Organize and plan work on construction sites.
Ensure the assembly, modification, and disassembly of scaffolding.
Guarantee compliance with safety rules and current procedures.
Ensure the quality of achievements and compliance with deadlines.
Ensure the link with the site management and the various stakeholders on the construction site.

Profile ###

Minimum 5 years of experience in the scaffolding field.
Proven experience as a Team Leader.
Excellent knowledge of Geneva standards and regulations relating to scaffolding.
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
Ability to manage a team and to make decisions.
Driving license indispensable.
Good presentation and team spirit.
In-depth mastery of SUVA safety standards
