As digitalization manager, you are responsible for the digital development of our IT and you drive the implementation of strategic and professional requirements arising from the business. You thus create the central link between the business, digitalization, and IT operations.

Your field of action ##

• You collect business requirements and ideas with a strategic focus, you structure and evaluate them, and you practice active demand management. Together with the business, you develop optimized processes and sustainable technological solutions.
• You build and develop a digitalization team with the planned roles of project management, business analysis, as well as solution design/development.
• With your team, you lead digitalization projects and ensure their effective implementation.
• You build, drive, and manage the digitalization project portfolio and prepare prioritization proposals for management.
• You are responsible for the user-oriented development of our business applications and platforms, for example Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and develop the corresponding digital roadmaps with the business and IT operations.
• You ensure proximity to the business as well as the measurable benefit of our digitalization investments.
• You participate actively in the management team of the IT department. Together, you develop the future IT organization with the vision 2029+, define the necessary future-oriented roles, and are in close communication with the management and the divisions of the company.

Your profile ##

• You have a higher education degree in business information technology, IT, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in management and in projects in a comparable function at the interface between business and IT.
• You master demand management, business analysis, process management, project portfolio management, and solution design.
• You have experience with modern digital platforms and AI models, you identify relevant technological trends and can evaluate their usefulness for the company.
• You combine strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong implementation capability and a marked emphasis on benefit.
• You communicate in a manner adapted to the recipients, create orientation, and win different stakeholders over for changes.
• You think ahead, constructively question the existing, and coherently develop people, structures, and solutions.
