Temporary mission, then permanent contract (CDI) after the trial period.
Ideally starting in early August. 2x8 shifts with on-call service.
Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Job description ###

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and site facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures: mechanics, electricity, automation, and industrial IT.
• Monitor equipment and industrial utilities: steam, HVAC, air treatment, and monitoring.
• Participate in the commissioning, monitoring, and optimization of new production lines.
• Assist and train production teams in first-level maintenance.
• Coordinate interventions by external service providers and monitor the work performed.
• Manage spare parts and contribute to the organization of the warehouse according to 5S principles.
• Document interventions, participate in drafting procedures, and contribute to quality, safety, environment, and continuous improvement processes.

Profile ###

• Recognized technical training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, ideally 5 years minimum in an aseptic pharmaceutical environment.
• Good skills in diagnosis, troubleshooting, and intervention on automated production equipment.
• Analytical capacity, autonomy, rigor, and sense of priorities.
• Team spirit, acute sense of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Rapid availability and flexibility to work in 2x8 shifts with on-call service.
