We are looking for a :

Planning and Scheduling Manager

for a company active in the industrial sector, based in Genève.

Mission :

Supervise the implementation of planning in the workshop according to the production plan

Job Description
--------------------

Production monitoring on the CT (3 months):

• Transmit the hour objectives to be achieved for each cell (PDP + and delay)
• Change capacities in Ortems according to contingencies (synchronization, specific cases)
• Load the Cost Centers and prioritize the OFs to be processed
• Organize the workstations for the following week
• Ordo / planning point: management of priorities and transmission of OF deadlines
• Specific monitoring of critical parts
• Monitoring of dormant OFs
• Monitor fractioning (Ortems update)

Monitoring of the NC:

• Monitor the ORs and OFs in rework (status R)
• Link the ORs to the original OFs in Ortems

Miscellaneous:

• Extract the Ordrpla in the TCT (1 month) and transmit them to planning
• Optimize Ortems (parameters, ordo criteria, training)
• Analyze load / Capa on the CT (3 months)
• Keep up to date the KPI of the scheduling activity
• Indicators: depth of delay, number of OFs, SAP / Ortems deadline discrepancies, PDP adherence

Profile sought

• Experience in industrial Supply Chain: Planning & Scheduling
• Mastery of the ERP SAP
• Good mastery of common IT tools
