Your responsibilities
Prepare seafood orders with precision and care. (Filleting, deboning, skinning and portioning)
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Control the quality and freshness of products before shipment.
Collaborate with the team to guarantee an efficient workflow during night hours.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the preparation area.
Your profile
Previous experience in handling and preparing seafood is an asset.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Ability to work at night and to respect tight deadlines.
Team spirit, rigor and attention to detail.
Good physical condition to handle loads and work in a cool environment.
