Experienced Project Manager - Geneva

Location: Thônex, 1226 (5 min TPG, 10 min Leman Express)

Contract: CDI 100% or part-time

Start: immediate or to be agreed

Social: Supplementary accident coverage and advantageous LPP

Daily: Company vehicle

Your Mission

As an HVAC works Project Manager, you take full responsibility for your projects, from study to delivery, guaranteeing quality, budget, and deadlines.

• Manage HVAC projects: from needs analysis to commissioning, coordinating all stakeholders.
• Design and dimension installations: precise technical studies to guarantee system performance.
• Prepare commercial offers: costing of works, drafting of tenders and attractive proposals to clients.
• Coordinate teams and subcontractors: planning, supervision, and control of the execution of works.
• Monitor budgets and profitability: regular reporting, financial monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Guarantee client satisfaction: support, technical advice, and personalized follow-up throughout the project.
• Improve installations: propose optimization and innovation solutions for existing projects.

Your Profile

• Training in HVAC Thermal Engineering or equivalent,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing HVAC projects in Switzerland mandatory,
• Experience in the Geneva region is an asset,
• Mastery of IT tools and AutoCAD,
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a true sense of customer service.
