Your mission

At the heart of our Washing and Deburring departments, you play a key role in team animation and workshop performance. You supervise a team of approximately 10 employees and actively contribute to the smooth running of the department through the following missions:

• Animate and develop: supervise the team on a daily basis, ensure the achievement of performance objectives and deploy the necessary improvements for the smooth running of the workshop.
• Guarantee technical excellence: optimize equipment, prevent malfunctions, maintain machine performance and ensure the good organization of the workshop.
• Master the field: anticipate and resolve operational contingencies with agility.
• Develop skills: accompany new employees, provide technical support to teams and contribute to the transfer of know-how.

Your profile

Holding a CFC in a technical or industrial field, or having benefited from training deemed equivalent, you ideally have a first experience in a production environment. Training as a Technicien ES constitutes an asset, but is not indispensable. You also possess experience in team management. Recognized for your leadership and pedagogy, you know how to accompany and grow your employees. You demonstrate rigor, organization and reactivity, and you know how to analyze situations and make appropriate decisions. You also master common IT tools. Your sense of continuous improvement and your ability to propose concrete solutions will be essential assets to succeed in this position.
