Quality Animator (M/F) - Permanent position

Your mission

We are looking for a Quality Animator (M/F) to support production teams in complying with quality requirements and the aesthetic criteria of watchmaking products. Your missions - Act as the link between the sector and the quality technician, by reporting incidents and non-compliant products. - Perform workstation audits to verify the application of methods and control means. - Train and coach employees on quality requirements and aesthetic criteria. - Perform controls to guarantee compliance with established standards. - Prepare weekly reports and lead cross-functional quality meetings. - Participate in the validation of the aesthetic criteria of the produced parts.

Your profile

Your training - ES Technician Diploma in mechanics or microtechnics. Your skills - At least 3 years of professional experience in the quality control of watchmaking products. - Mastery of aesthetic control and basic quality tools. - Good mastery of IT tools. - Capabilities in training, coaching and conducting audits. - Rigor, sense of observation and ease in communication.
