Your mission ##

The Department of Economy, Employment and Energy (DEE) is looking for a dynamic personality to join the Office cantonal de l'emploi (OCE), a service center of the State of Geneva specialized in the field of placement in the fight against unemployment. Within the OCE, the Office régional de placement (ORP) includes more than 130 personnel advisors.

Under the supervision of their group leader, the holder will be called upon to support and mobilize job candidates in their efforts to reintegrate quickly into the labor market while applying the mandatory federal law on unemployment insurance, as well as the cantonal law regarding unemployment (LMC).

Your profile ##

• Mandatory gymnasial maturity (or training deemed equivalent) and federal diploma as a human resources specialist (persons not possessing the federal diploma as a human resources specialist will be hired in class 15)
• 5 years of confirmed experience in one or more of these sectors: placement, coaching, training, recruitment, management
• Excellent level of French, oral and written, other languages an asset
• Up to date with new recruitment methods: sourcing, social networks, job boards, big data, AI
• Mastery of MS Office, Outlook

• Capable of administering a portfolio of candidates and being the guarantor of its good management
• Possessing excellent interpersonal skills with our candidates, our internal and external partners
• Oriented towards client and customer solutions, you know how to demonstrate initiative, listening, rigor and empathy
• Able to apply and enforce the various legal frameworks required by the function
• Adapted to complex environments in constant evolution
