In a context of HR digital transformation and the deployment of our new HRIS solution, as HR Product Owner, you play a key role in translating business needs into high-value-added HR solutions, from their identification to their implementation and adoption.

Within the Human Resources department, you work in close coordination with the HR Digital Transformation Manager and the Change Manager in order to contribute to the success of the deployment of the new HRIS and to transform HR ambitions into concrete solutions for employees, managers, and HR teams.

At the interface between HR teams, IT, and external partners, you facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, contribute to the prioritization of developments, and ensure the proper alignment between business needs and the deployed solutions.

Your missions:

• Translate the HR digital transformation strategy into concrete developments of the HRIS solutions
• Identify opportunities for improving HRIS processes and translate business challenges into high-value-added digital solutions.
• Contribute to the HRIS development roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collect and prioritize business needs, facilitate workshops with HR teams and users in order to understand their needs and challenges.
• Formalize functional requirements in the form of Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog according to business priorities and operational constraints.
• Prepare trade-offs and propose priorities taking into account the business and technical impacts of the product.
• Plan developments and sprints with the relevant stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and functional constraints, and contribute to their resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
• Evolve target HR processes in collaboration with business experts and work closely with IT teams, integrators, and solution providers.
• Measure the performance and adoption of deployed solutions and ensure continuous improvement of the HRIS products and services within your scope.

Your profile:

• Higher education in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Business Analysis, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a role as Product Owner, HRIS Consultant, HRIS Business Analyst, or equivalent function.
• Proven experience in HR digital transformation projects or large-scale HRIS deployment.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams combining HR business, IT, and external partners.
• Good understanding of HR processes (recruitment, administrative management, talent management, training, performance, compensation, etc.) as well as HRIS environments and challenges related to HR digitalization.
• Solid experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, Agile methodologies, and Product Ownership practices.
• Experience with a solution such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, or equivalent, as well as Product Owner certification (PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent) would be an asset.
