DOMINO SWISS HR SA, a company specializing in personnel placement in Switzerland, is looking for a Business Developer medical sector based in Genève with a reach over the cantons of Genève and Vaud.

As a Business Developer medical division, you will be a true actor in the development of the agency.
Your role will be to develop new business opportunities, retain existing clients and create lasting partnerships, while actively participating in the recruitment and placement of candidates in the medical sector.

Your missions

Business development

• Identify and prospect new clients in the cantons of Genève and Vaud
• Develop and retain a client portfolio
• Implement a prospecting strategy adapted to your sector
• Perform commercial actions
• Present the services of DOMINO SWISS HR SA and identify recruitment and temporary or permanent staffing needs
• Negotiate commercial conditions and ensure follow-up of offers
• Develop partnerships and new business opportunities
• Ensure client follow-up and retention
• Update commercial information and ensure reporting via Interiware.

Recruitment & placement

• Understand clients' staffing needs and define the profiles sought
• Search for and identify candidates corresponding to needs in the cantons of Genève and Vaud
• Write and distribute advertisements
• Perform sourcing via CV databases, professional networks, cooptation
• Select applications and conduct interviews
• Compile and follow candidate files
• Present profiles to clients and ensure follow-up of placements
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.

Profile sought

Your profile

• 3 years of experience in business development, recruitment or personnel placement in Suisse romande required
• Excellent commercial sense and a strong taste for prospecting
• Interpersonal ease and excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous and results-oriented
• Ability to rapidly develop a professional network
• Perseverance, dynamism and ability to convince
• Good organization and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Mastery of IT tools and knowledge of Interiware software
• Knowledge of the Swiss market and the recruitment sector is an asset.
