Digital Analyst – 100 %

Within the Development and Marketing team, you analyze and optimize customer journeys on the website, client portal, and mobile application. You transform data into concrete recommendations and identify optimization opportunities to improve the user experience. You optimize the campaigns launched by our marketing department and propose adjustments.

What you do on a daily basis

You design, implement, and maintain tagging plans, analytics tracking solutions, as well as the measurement mechanisms necessary for steering digital activities. You also ensure the administration of the consent management platform (CMP) and ensure the compliance of data collection systems.
  • You reconstruct and analyze user journeys on web and mobile platforms to identify friction points and areas for improvement. You formulate recommendations to optimize the user experience, customer journeys, and conversion rates. In parallel, you produce and automate digital, marketing, and commercial performance reporting to provide reliable and relevant indicators for decision-making.
  • You analyze the performance of acquisition campaigns and the quality of traffic generated by different marketing channels. Based on the data collected, you identify optimization opportunities related to targeting, advertising messages, landing pages, and acquisition strategies to improve the efficiency of marketing actions.

What you bring to the team

  • You have higher education (Bachelor or Master) in data analytics or an equivalent field. You have 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar function, including practical experience with analytics, tracking, and data management tools.

You possess strong skills in digital tracking, tagging plans, data engineering, data automation, reporting, and business KPI monitoring. You are also comfortable with digital and marketing performance analysis, customer journey optimization (CRO), SEO Analytics, as well as data governance issues, consent management (CMP), and GDPR/LPD compliance.
