To complete its kitchen team, L’Alambic Restaurant in Porrentruy is looking for a cook available by October 1, 2026, at the latest.

Your missions

• Participate in the mise en place and preparation of dishes
• Ensure the smooth running of service with the team
• Ensure the quality and consistency of preparations
• Respect hygiene rules in the kitchen

Your profile

• CFC as a cook, or equivalent diploma mandatory
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the kitchen mandatory
• Autonomy, organization and team spirit
• Taste for homemade cuisine and concern for customer satisfaction

• An establishment closed on Sunday and Monday
• One day per week with a continuous morning schedule
