We are looking for several Quality Animators (M/F) for a prestigious watch manufacturer based in Genève.

Within the production department, you will play a key role in the monitoring and improvement of the quality of manufactured components. As a true field reference, you will support the teams in order to guarantee compliance with quality requirements throughout the production process.

Quality Animator

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the application of quality standards within your perimeter.
• Support teams in the use of control procedures and methods.
• Identify quality deviations and ensure the transmission of information to the relevant interlocutors.
• Perform regular controls as well as workstation audits in order to guarantee compliance with good practices.
• Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for watch components.
• Ensure the monitoring and analysis of quality indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead quality meetings and contribute to the sharing of good practices with the teams.
• Train and support employees on aspects related to quality control.
• Be a source of proposals in continuous improvement processes.

Your profile:

• Significant experience in the field of quality in an industrial environment.
• Additional training or quality certification appreciated.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sectors of precision mechanics, micromechanics, or watchmaking.
• Good mastery of visual control and quality tools.
• Excellent knowledge in reading technical drawings.
• Proficiency with IT tools and data processing.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to unite employees around quality objectives.
• Rigor, sense of analysis, and ability to make decisions.
