Your responsibilities and missions:
As a Project Buyer, you are the guarantor of the purchases operated on an operation. You ensure the realization of the stages of the purchasing act in accordance with the company's purchasing process and strategy as well as its requirements.
You co-write the provisional purchasing schedule with the works team
You define with the works team the purchasing strategy per CFC and the corresponding initial sourcing
You ensure that the specialists from the technical management have correctly communicated the necessary hypotheses to the works teams and/or the mandatories to prepare the tenders according to Alpenda standards
You validate all tenders before sending
You manage the network of bidders, analyze and bring offers into compliance,
You formalize all feedback in a TCO in accordance with Alpenda standards
You update the consultation tracking table
You lead the meetings between the specialists of the Technical Management and the works teams in order to analyze and capitalize on the differences between the calculation and the compliant offers
You conduct negotiations jointly with the works teams
You co-define the financial objectives to be achieved and the strategy to achieve them
You monitor the purchasing schedule and report purchasing indicators
You validate the purchase requests formalized by the works teams, on the ERP
You ensure the proper sending of thank-you letters to the companies not selected.

Do you have a degree from higher education in engineering in the field of construction?
Do you have proven experience in purchasing and/or in construction management in the field of construction?
Do you possess solid negotiation skills and are recognized for your ability to establish relationships with partners and internal stakeholders?
Do you master the relevant regulations and standards regarding purchasing?
Do you carry out your missions with a concern for transparency, integrity and ethics?
Do you speak French fluently and have good knowledge of German and/or English (min. B2)?
